where does 1 Tbls of chia seeds hide 5g of carb??? I couldn't believe it! I don't care. I'm eating them for their anti-inflammatory effects.

I'll say! And the comment at the end of the day diary completion isn't very encouraging. When I think I'm adding a fat entry to get my macros better, it often tells me I will weigh more in 5 weeks if I keep eating like this. Not helpful
