That was very insightful. Cutting down on sodium has been one of my goals since i started trying to watch my diet and start exercising a little less than 2 weeks ago. Thank you for posting this. I have a few more ideas of what i should work into my diet :)

I completely agree. You want to spend time with people you care about or are interested in and it becomes easy to compromise and before you know it you can lose everything you worked so hard to gain. Thats what happened to me and things got out of hand. 50 lbs later i wish i would have dragged my friends to the gym with me.

Hey! It can be kind of overwhelming and im still learning about it as well. Ive been considering getting an UA band to track my heart rate and such. I dont know if its a good indication but ive lost over 3lbs in my first week so im sure breaking the 20 lbs mark shouldnt be an issue
