I remember some people on here saying cutting down on salt is bad, but Im 100% sure it isnt after talking to my doctor. Especially since my sofium levels are very high.... when your sodium levels are high Water retains in your body making you appear like you have more fat than you actually do. That was very insightful. Cutting down on sodium has been one of my goals since i started trying to watch my diet and start exercising a little less than 2 weeks ago. Thank you for posting this. I have a few more ideas of what i should work into my diet1
