  • Annoying, I maintained my weight this week at 173 lbs. I had a wedding last weekend with an open bar so I am blaming that. Sticking with my jogging routine and packing my lunch to hopefully see a loss by this time next week.

  • @Maxematics I do think part of my issue is that I never tracked it before (because I was so overweight and not committed to losing) so even though I am almost 30 this is the first time I ever noticed! I feel you about the whole thing messing with you.
  • My clothes are already too loose LOL. I just want to stay on track. It's frustrating not to be able to trust what the scale is telling me. That week threw me off psychologically, although I'm sticking with my meal prep and work out routine.

  • Personally I keep my mine closed because there aren't a ton of vegan versions of certain things, for example, apple crumble, so I use the "regular" versions to estimate calories. I don't want a bunch of judgey weirdos thinking I'm not eating vegan because of how I log LOL!!!

  • This is just me, but I am at 1200 cal a day - I find that eating the right foods at the right time makes this number work for me without getting too hungry and binging.   • 25 lbs I dropped from a 14/16 to a 12/14, which is pretty loose. Depends on your body composition tho, I carry most of my fat in my tum so pants are much looser but I am still wearing all the same tops at this point.

  • Me too! If I snack, it's all over LOL. I will sometimes make a cup of tea with a hint of sweetener or almond milk to tide me over between meals.
