I try to stay at or just above alloted calories, if I am above I make sure my adjusted is higher by doing something. If I workout I make sure I hit my protein levels. I have lost 47 pounds at a rate of 3 pounds per month.

There is something on your nose Tommy girl.......just saying. Anyone can add me got a Garmin Viviactice on black Friday which automatically linked me to this app and I love it. It helped me break a plateau and I am still losing. I have lost 33 pounds so far.
