Your weight/height does not require to go down to 1000 calories. You are not properly fueling your body. You can eat healthy foods to have nutrition and healthy weight loss. Thanks guys! It was helpful. I am doing work out at home. I'll start a good progressive overload lifting program too. I don't want to be fat either so i won't worry about quick weight gain from now on. Thanks buddies :smiley:
