Hello people! Who likes to have fun outside and is motivated around other people. I am extroverted and enjoy encouraging other people. I love bike riding, walking, any kind of sports and recreation. My goal was to lose 25lbs. I have lost 10 in the last 9 weeks.

What kind of bike are you using? Like others said posture and getting used to the bit takes time. Also your seat might need to be raised or lowered. I ride everyday for usually 45-60 minutes weather permitting.

I was diagnosed with diabetes at 23 after a stint in the Marines. They thought I had mono or something until the tests came back. I was discharged and began a life of strict monitoring. Even though my weight drifted up about 20-25lbs over my ideal the last few years, I have managed to keep my sugar intake extremely low.

I have eaten pizza before like that. It wasn't so bad because I managed things for the rest of the day and that particular day I rode bicycle hard for 90 minutes so I burned them off and then some.
