The first 3 days of IF are the hardest after that it gets easier. If I can do it anyone can as I'm a big foodie!! Lol. That's just it as well I never eat my exercise calories I see that as my achievement.

Sorry guys I should've mentioned my calories allowed per day is 1200 however I often only eat about 800 of that. It is virtually impossible for me to burn more calories than I eat in a day. I also calorie count everything.

What are you eating at the moment? I'm also doing a low carb, my meals mainly consists of eating veg and chicken or fish most days. Alternatively homemade tuna salad, chicken kebabs with salad, chickpea curry, beef meatballs with salad and homemade breaded fish with either veg or a tad bit of sweet potatoe. Please share…

Ou I do like rice cakes I always went for the flavoured ones though which I had to give up when I dropped carbs. But I could try the plain ones with peanut butter. Thanks
