This is about depression. I don't recommend the diet being the life saver to this epidemic. Depressed people hate hearing they need to lose weight. It is the cognitive thinking process that needs to be addressed. The side effect is weight loss /weight gain.

I like Chipotle so much that I don't crave any other fast keto food. I might have to give it a try. I like The macros. The southwest chicken salad was my first go to place when I started keto.

Have you experienced the Keto flu? The reason why I ask these questions is because the Ketogenic Diet is strict and requires a lot of trail and error. Every body reacts differently. I lost 30 plus pounds since adopting the Keto diet (LCHF) in November of 2016. I am a new person with more long lasting energy. I have lost 50 pounds on a traditional diet. I enjoy the ketogentic diet for many reasons.

Set realistic goals that you can accomplish. Stay consistent with what works for you. Don't give up. The way I lost my weight will be different than the way you will lose your weight.
