Our poor fellas. I'm not complaining, it bothers my hubby it doesn't bother me at all. He's still just as handsome and sexy to me as when he had a head full of hair. :) Thank you, Sammy!

Lmao!!!!

It's not my official weekly weigh-in today, tomorrow is, however, I exceeded my August goal by just over a pound. I was 173.9 this morning. I'm very happy! Still working on the HIIT goal. Lol
-
Shooting for 167-168 pounds. My final weigh-in for August was 173.9, but my official weekly weigh-in is tomorrow. :)
-
If you're down .5 tomorrow, you'll have lost 4 pounds in two weeks which is an awesome, aggressive average. Your doing great, Tracey!
-
Done with mine as well. :)

It's possible those could help someone who has bad knees. Also wall squats along with hip thrusts.
-
@katjustkat you're welcome! My father-in-law had vertigo, can't imagine. Lol, if fruit were taboo on OMAD, I would be a rebel!
-
My gosh, beautiful!!!! Yeah, I'd be intimidated walking past those. Lol Both of my children have been to Colorado and now my mom and second dad are there. I want to go someday!
-
Yum, yum, yummmm!!! I like some burnt parts on my meats as well, especially if grilled. :)

Heck yeah, squats are amazing for our backsides! I always think of Denise Austin, yes I used her videos back in the day, anyway, when I do squats I can hear her in my head saying, "Your rear end is the last thing to leave the room, gotta leave a good impression." Lol
-
Challenge accepted! I'm actually pretty great with squats, didn't know they could be done every day though. After doing Jari Love videos with 4 counts up /4 down, 3 count down/1 up, 2/2, one counts, and her LETHAL pulsating ones, I should kick *kitten*! Lol :) Edited to add: I know it's a couple days early, but just…

Your dinner sounds so delicious, as does the fruit. Lol. I soooo love fruit! Happy to hear your bout of vertigo is over and that you're feeling better :)
-
Watch, it'll drop tomorrow. You may not have made your goal, but you're still trending down and that is the most important thing. I know you know that already, just giving you some backup. Plus, you're enjoying everything you love as well as going out to eat... When have any of us prior yo-yo dieters ever enjoyed such…

OMG, that Indian food looks amazing!!
-
Aww, so sorry you aren't feeling well! I hope you get better soon. Positive thoughts your way!

Lolol, that look stayed awhile in our small town, by the 84/85 or so, it was tight jeans and those hideous feather combs that people sported in their back pockets and that hurt like heck when trying to comb through hair covered with Aquanet.
-
Lol, unless you hated it, you probably haven't seen it. Tina is the llama who Napoleon and his brother, Skip, have to care for while their Grandma is on a four wheeling adventure. :) Our whole household loves the movie. It especially hit home for me because I'm from a small town that had a lame school and we were ten years…

He's fortunate, lol, I agree that it more than likely won't all fall out. Men who have that in teens and twenties seem screwed. Lol
-
My daughter used the spray and slow cook method as well... which is absolute torture if my window has long passed! The smell, OMG!!! Makes me feel ravenous.
-
Those quesadillas look incredible! So glad I ate already! An aside, I cannot hear or read the word "quesadillas" without thinking about Napoleon Dynamite and that freaking llama, Tina. Lmao
-
Darn you 155 for messing with Tracey!!! Hopefully it's a short visit!!
-
@Brendalea69, lol, I'd say that your hubby is definitely good to go!
-
It's good that you broke your fast and well done on going so long, that's awesome! I have the same question as @minigrrll, what's your plan for Spain, especially with all the hard work you've been doing? Or because the extended fasts have been for healing vs weight loss, aren't you too awfully concerned about regaining?
-
@arguablysamson thank you, sir. :)
-
@blambo61, your folks must've had a tremendous food bill! Lolol My hubby started losing his hair around the same point. Seems as if it's going to happen, it's usually around mid-twenties for men. Although, some lose it earlier. If there isn't a receding hairline by a man's 30s, usually they are good to go.
-
@amflautist thanks so much and you're welcome :)
-
Lol, you're welcome, though my predictions have sucked lately.
-
Crunchy and crispy pizza fan myself! I will say no more, I already ate today, but darn it if pizza doesn't sound amazing to me right now!! Nooooo!!!! I will stay strong. Lol
-
It's possible, Tracey!!
