Just got back from vacation, I watched what I ate but still ate and drank what I wanted (was in Wisconsin so Cheese Curds and Beer). I use to drink 42 oz or more of soda a day. I gave it up completely and went to unsweetened tea instead. Lost 10 lbs in 4 weeks just not drinking soda.
