I am able to support you if needed . I am unable to eat most starches and no sugars due to a health condition. It’s really hard . My favorite snack is popcorn made the old fashioned way - can you eat that ??

I have been low carb for one month. It has helped with some long standing health issues . I had popcorn and wine tonight so I’m obviously Not being super strict but I think it’s good to have a little fun sometimes too. Once you get that craving thing gone it’s much easier .

I am 60 and am looking for support too. I have high cholesterol and am looking to lose about 15 more lbs as I recently lost 10 lbs. I am having to be on a restricted diet due to sucrose enzyme deficiency and it’s not fun and so would like to have some support too .

The first few times of not giving in to cravings lead to more willpower and less desire to snack . It is hard but I am learning to eat celery with Pb or nuts when I want something salty rather than crap .

I am trying the plant paradox intensive care part because my husband has a rare neurological disease and it said it can help. It’s also like keto but not as much red meat. I would be happy to join you all. I need to lose about 25 lbs. but believe it or not I have been trying for a long time and it doesn't budge. I have been on and off MFP for 4 years. Longest stint was a year. I know what works but it is hard when you get over a certain age. Thanks for adding me if you can.

I know it is hard at night but you can do it. Just have a small snack of cheese or apple and nut butter to keep you from binge eating. I find popcorn my weakness! I can be your friend too if you like?

I am going to try it. I have love it in sushi. I have a lot of digestive issues so am trying an Aurveydic way of eating tonsee if it helps and this would fit right in . I'm looking for supportive friends!

Fish oil , vitamin B complex and exercise as well as meditation and yoga have been helpful to many. Therapy too (I'm a therapist so a little biased)!
