If you have like $200 I hear the bodybug rocks!! It measures your sweat and internal body temp and a bunch of other things to help figure out how much you've burned in a set period of time.

I've lost over a 100 and kept it off for years now. I still have about 25 to my goal wait and like 20 more after that if I want to go by the books which I'm not really interested in doing. I def don't have all the answers, but I've learned a lot over the years.
