Do you work out? if so, then you'll need to eat more. At a 1000 cals you have to be careful. If it's working for you, then keep it up. Just be safe about it and take care.

I have been in the Army for almost 17 yrs and I gained a few pound over the yrs. I'm 5'6 and my allowed weight is 154 lbs. I'm currently at 158. I can pass the tap test without any issues but I just want to lose 20 lbs. I can't fit my favorite pants anymore and that was my wake up call. I have to get back in those pants.…

I just signed up yesterday and I'm not buying the book. I'm taking the macro totals that they gave me and track it using myfitnesspal. I can't afford $50 for that book. That's a full tank of gas for me.
