Yeah I’m eating within my calories deficit. Before when I first started, I wanted to lose 2 pounds per week. But that was unsustainable for me, so I put it to 1.5 pounds per week so I gave 250 more calories, plus more from burned calories. I’m in general eating healthy. Help me figure out this weekly thing. Can I start my week off on a Monday? And then the next Monday count how many calories were consumed and compare to the goal? Or no?

1510 cals daily which equals out to be 10570 for the week. Not sure how to maintain that weekly without not paying attention to daily..?

I choose the days I want to eat more, and I chose days I want to eat less.... I don't binge or over eat on purpose. It works for me so far in order for me to stay sane. my cals are 1510 for me wanting to lose 2 pounds a week. But I think realistically I'm probably only losing .5. It's only been 3 weeks and the scale hasn't moved. Which, yes, because I just started. But frustrating.

That was an example.... I'm not saying that's how much I'm actually burning lol. I wasn't sure how to put it. I was just saying, whatever I do in exercise I burn however many calories.

@timtam163 I'm putting myself down as sedentary and then any exercise I do my Fitbit adds my calories into my fitness pal. So like if I walk 1.5 miles it'll add 300 cals extra on to my normal cal deficit. Should I not be doing this??

@JohnnyLowCarb omg! If I don't eat any carbs, I'll be depriving myself and that will throw me off the bandwagon and I'll give up. I can't not eat carbs. :( what do you eat then..?

I'm 23 years old, I'm 286 pounds, I'm 5'2. I set goal on MyFitnessPal that I want to lose 2 pounds per week, and I'm sedentary. Although my goal is to walk 30 mins 5 days a week. It set my cals @ 1510 a day.
