ARIA SCALE GOING CRAZY
Who has an aria scale? I bought it for $130 and was intrigued how awesome it was (I fully admit was a dumb purchase after thinking back at how much money a damn scale was...) anyways, I just realized that the same number has been on the scale every time I weigh myself (thinking I haven't been losing..) like the number was…

Eating within calorie deficit, then why am I gaining?
It's only been 17 days. Early I know. But my first 2 weeks I lost 2.5 pounds. I thought if you ate within your calories, you'd lose. I've been sick for almost a week now and haven't been able to go walking. (Yes that simple for others but I'm heavier and that's all I can do for now) when I first started, I was eating…

( that's a lot of calories!) granted I didn't eat much for breakfast or lunch, but what I do eat fills me up because of all the protein. I've heard if you don't,…

Work outs for "morbidly" obese
My BMI says I'm morbidly obese. I'm 286 @ 5'2 being a 23 year old female. I've been over weight all my life so I'm used to having a belly and I'm really flexible and can get around very easily like normal people would. I'm not like those people that have to use a scooter or anything like that lol but my point is that I'm…

Constant peeing during weight loss
Just started to eat completely healthy and exercise just a little. I can't stop peeing. Literally every 20 mins I'm peeing. Yes I'm drinking way more water than I ever have before I started to change my life style, but damn, every 20 mins? Is that even normal?

Why do I feel my body throbbing after a workout?
Body throbbs and pulsates after a work out..? Just started working out. I'm 286 pounds. To start I'm only walking 30 mins a day @ 3.0mph. (I'm also really short so I have short stubby legs so I can't go so far or fast lol.) any reason why my body throbs and pulsates after a work out? Yes I stretch before I walk.

Not weighing myself during weight loss
I have over 100+ pounds to lose. I've tried dieting and losing weight for half my life. I was always an obsessive scale watcher. Had a huge wake up call a few days ago. Serious life style change is the only option left for me. So far since I've started, I walk only 30 mins a day, (so over weight I can't do to much right…

Determining whether you're losing weight, or just junk inside you?
Amount of pooping, and detoxing (water weight) is probably most of the beginning of weight loss right? There's no way I've lost 10 pounds In 4 weeks. I've been "using the restroom" about 2-3 times a day since eating better and I've been putting apple cider vinegar in everything I drink to help with fat burn. Advice please!

When to weigh yourself? And how often until you see progress?
I'm super OCD while losing weight constantly stepping on the scale to see if I've lost any weight. Been trying for 3.5 weeks now, and I've gained, then lost. How often should I weigh myself to see ACTUAL progress? Once and week? Once a month? I usually drop weight quick for about 3 months. (Longest I've ever dieted then…

Am I the only one who can't lose weight?!
I've seriously been dieting for almost 4 weeks now and either I stay the same or I gain. I started out @ 1400 calories and I saw that I gained, so then I went down to 1200 and now I'm maintaining that same weight. I've gained 35 pounds since my last weight loss experience last year, and I feel hopeless like I can't lose…
