Just eat less and move more. It will all come off in the same way that it went on4

Unfortunately, there are no exercises that specifically will target your belly fat. You need to incur a caloric deficit. That means eating a bit less (fewer calories in) or moving more (more calories out) or do a combination of both. While it is generally easier to refrain from eating something than it is to burn of the equivalent number of calories, people who are completely sedentary day in and day out should aim to become more active, for overall improved health.2

Your fat zone (mine is belly) is always the last to come off and the first place you put it back on. As said you can't target but consistent long term deficit will get rid of it.2

Eat less than you burn and you'll lose weight (including belly fat)
Do cardio for heart health and to burn some calories that you can eat back
Lift weights to preserve muscle while you lose
The end.1 -
Ugh, okay. I'm already doing all the above. Thanks guys.0

Just stay with it and it will come off very slow. The good news is as the stored fat decreases throughout your body you will start to run out of body fat. That is when you will burn belly fat in turbo mode and it will decrease fast.0

Just keep it up. I know it takes a long time but it will come off. It is helpful to have non-weight loss goals to focus on--lifting X lbs, being able to move from a wall pushup to a lower incline pushup to a floor pushup, walking a 5k, walk/running a 5k, holding a yoga pose, getting X hours of sleep, improving cooking skills, etc. Don't get into the trap of thinking that life starts after you lose the weight. I'm not saying that you are but it is easy to fall into that kind of thinking. Remember that life is happening now Best of luck to you.7 -
Just keep on going it will come off! eventually! Unfortunately weight loss is not a quick process0

What are you doing - training-wise? And, what does your nutrition look like? If you do not mind me asking!0

Belly fat can be very stubborn for some, and can budge very quickly for others. I've lost 35 lbs so far but only 1.5 inches off my midsection. I know people who lose belly but cannot lose hips or bust or arms. Just keep it at. It won't even matter that it was the last place to go when you finally get to goal weight.1
