I like to use leftovers. I may roast extra veggies to use for lunch. I have some zucchini and mushrooms I roasted for dinner and tomorrow I will add them to corn tortillas with received beans and salsa to make tacos.

I've never used protein powder for anything other than shakes. Can I use vanilla whey based powder for this? I know it's a stupid question. Sorry. I have some quest vanilla powder I can't even choke down because it's too sweet.

Do you like tacos? The quickest easiest thing I can think of for ground turkey is tacos. Get an envelope of taco seasoning, follow directions on the envelope and it's done in under 15 minutes. HoldTheDoor13, those meals are definitely inspiring. They look awesome! I didn't see a recipe for the first photo with the beans. What's in them? I'm making chipotle chicken tomorrow I think I will make extra and make a prep for the weekend. I will post.
