I'm one of those people who has 10 pounds to lose. I lost 70 before I had my son. I gained 43 during pregnancy and have lost 30 pounds so far since he's been born (he's 18 months so it's taken me a while). It is a struggle for me daily. I'm always looking for new friends if you'd like to add me.

The calorie goal was stressing me out too. I changed my goal to 0.5 pound loss a week. In my mind that's the max I can eat anything less (but not less than 1200 calories) and I will lose more.

Anyone can add me too! I'm 29 and have a 17 month year old boy. Having the energy to cook and workout and keep up with other responsibilities (hello laundry and bill paying!) with a baby who hates sleep and is super active has me wiped! I'd love to encourage and support others and trade tips and tricks!
