Leaning towards whole foods and tracking
I know eating unprocessed food that I prepare myself is the best way to go about losing weight but I find myself going away from that in fear of not being able to track it properly because of lack of nutrition facts on the package. Does anyone have any advice or insight for me?

Quick and easy somewhat clean eating? Friends?
I'm in a food rut. I eat around 1200/1300 calories a day and was wondering if anyone would like to be friends who wouldn't mind me taking a peek at their food diary for food inspiration. Or if you have any favorite go to meals or snacks for anytime of the day spam me below :)
