A slice of Cinnamon Raisin Ezekiel bread with peanut or almond butter on it and a glass of milk.

You *should* eat at least the 1200 calories...so I would definitely add another 144. You *can* eat back your exercise calories if you are still hungry, but I personally only eat back about half of them.

Skinnytaste Piccadillo over brown rice with avocado. And sauteed zucchini. It was super good.

I've been trying to post this question for days. Mine changes almost daily...from low 60s to low 100s. So it's because of the exercise that's logged? (Sorry to hijack.)

I'm super boring. I have eaten an English muffin with peanut butter and a glass of milk every day for years.

Yeah. The days I exercised and could eat more I was fine. I think I'll keep my goal lower so I get the extra calories if I need them, but then not eat back any exercise calories in days I do work out. This seems doable to me

Ah. That makes sense. I have about 20 lb to lose. 1 lb a week is fine, but I'd certainly rather see it go in 10 weeks instead of twenty. I'm going to go with 1 lb for a couple weeks and then maybe up it again. Thanks!
