Hey everyone! Thanks for the comments. I am weighing and logging everything I eat, along with all activity. The scale I use does water weight and all that jazz so it seems like that's where I'm at. I do drink lots of water which I never did before either. I've lost a total of about 8 pounds so far so it's something....…
