It tells me 2,910 cals an thats for 2 pounds a week but before i got this app iv bin doing 1500 an under in cals so idk of im going to eat the recommended just cause iv bin doing this for 2 weeks tomorrow will be 2 weeks an i feel fine im last checked on the scale a week ago was 444 lb im 6"5 an i try to walk 15 mins a day
