Hi so I'm recommend to eat 1790 calories a day today iv had breakfast porridge made with almond milk with few blueberries and abit of honey. Lunch 4 Rivita cracker breads with lettuce tuna mixed with abit of onion mayonnaise. Iv also calculated what I'll be having for tea and I'm left with 1167 iv also been spinning this morning. Does this mean I need to eat more to reach my recommended calories and lose weight?

Yes! You will lose weight eating your recommended calories. You also need to eat more to fuel your body so it doesn't stop doing the things it needs to to keep you alive. Undereating can lead to many health problems...0 -
It tells me 2,910 cals an thats for 2 pounds a week but before i got this app iv bin doing 1500 an under in cals so idk of im going to eat the recommended just cause iv bin doing this for 2 weeks tomorrow will be 2 weeks an i feel fine im last checked on the scale a week ago was 444 lb im 6"5 an i try to walk 15 mins a day0
