Go to a gas station/store, run in, get a big bag of chips/baby carrots/whatever, get a couple of Subway's cheap footlongs, split and share! :) That's my go to.

I hated this. Picked it up at woodmans for $1.50. Glad I only got one. Texture was fine, but it tasted fruity like it was packed with dates and sweeteners but it actually had a decent combo of real sugar and monk sweetener which usually doesn't bother me!! Didn't taste very chocolatey to me either.

Depends on your goals and how 'tight' you want your logging. I don't because mine are only 5 calories and that is basically a rounding error to me.

It's easier to tell yourself "as long as I dont eat after 8 I won't gain weight" and eat anything and everything for the rest of the day. CICO is a hard truth that many don't want to hear.

Even though CICO is all that truly matters for weight loss/main/gain, I feel my best when I eat a plant-based way. I still eat meat but if a product that is vegetarian exists for something and tastes just as good to me (even if in a different way) I'll buy and eat that. I don't obsess over it much though.

Yeah! It is hard work and lots of exercise! It's a little rude to chalk it all up to us having high metabolisms naturally. I felt like screaming 'I walk around at work 8 hours a day, and days I have class i'm at the gym at 6:30 on the elliptical and doing deadlifts so MAYBE IT ISN'T JUST 'NATURAL'.
