We haven't really been pushing them as healthier but I do have to hold myself back from telling customers who say stuff like "I'll eat light today and get a wrap" that its probably near double the calories of the six inch they usually get :(

Oh man those wraps have been dominating my subway for the last week. The wraps are around 800 calories each and corporate has been pushing us to promote them so hard. No this is not the case. OP, it sounds to me like with your exercise and everything you could probably eat 1300 calories a day (an extra 100 for your tea!) and then you'll have 400 for each meal or some snacks. The sugar won't hamper your progress :)

I think a more active lifestyle and healthy options should be encouraged (but not forced) and made more readily available over unhealthy options. That age is too malleable and it would be so easy to twist their minds and ruin their body image. Encouraging activity, fruits and veggies is what I would do. I like the…

enlightened is harder on the tummy for me than halo top. I definitely would not down a whole pint. I just had half and regretted it... only a teeny tiny bit. I'll totally do it again. Plus, hot chocolate is a flavor unique to them as far as I can find!

lentil soup cooked for the week or a healthy choice steamer + 2 cups frozen veg is filling and quick, do the veg first, then the steamer, then put the veg in for 30 seconds more and combine. Or Dole chopped salad kits + a couple handfuls of iceberg lettuce is a fav of mine.
