I'm attracted to a lot of body types so It would not be a problem in that area. But health wise i guess a piece of me would be worried if things were going downhill fast and getting worse and worse.

vaguely. Won't always be super close. Right now I am 'spitballing' everything while doing a slow bulk and it is going as planned. I am pretty good at maintaining without logging because I've memorized the calories of so many things.

Lol i know I have to plan out my food because my typical plant based days and high protein days lead to gas!! AKA no vega protein shakes before dates.

I'm excited! Something about eating straight from the pint helps me regulate myself and if I can dig into half a pint for 300 cals i'm in :) Plus no non-sugar sweeteners would be refreshing!

if you do some cardio with it you could have some extra calories to enjoy but it won't be necessary!

I'm gonna say that he picked on that particular aspect (weight) because he was self concious about his weight/appearance. Strange that he would pick on a girl for that. Most guys who are self concious about their appearance make fun of another guys appearance.

I used to think it was on the same 'level' health wise as peanut butter lol now I know there aren't 'unhealthy' foods, but I don't partake in it as much as before. Its fine in moderation within calorie goals.

I eat 500 calories for breakfast 'spread out' a bit. Before work: 200 calories 1/2 cup oats, splash of unsweetened almond milk, and blueberries. Sprinkle of sugar. At work: 1 apple (I always log a medium as 100), and a luna bar (200 calories) idk about the macros but it keeps me going!

Spotted these at Woodmans near the english muffins. It tastes a lot like an english muffin but I really like this slighty denser texture! Super good toasted. Just enough sweetness and I didn't need to add any butter or sugar.
