Having to accessorize most of my clothes with a belt or a tight jacket so they all won't look so saggy-baggy lol :smiley:

113 day logging streak :) haven't missed one day since i started. Even log when i go to parties and can't plan ahead and dont know what to expect.. i haven't given up logging on one day, one meal, or one bite in over 100 days (i started in april) :)

That when you work out, most of the time (at least in my case), you have less urges to eat or less desire too after your workout :) i think it's a good thing but sometimes i have to force myself to eat after a hard workout! I was always afraid if i worked out hard I'd be super hungry and go overboard eating afterwards but…

I should say i worked at fedex express as package handler at xmas time, so I'm not "new" to contunous heavy lifting for hours at a time so i believe I can definitely handle 70+ pounds at least! :) maybe should have pointed that out before.

I'm hoping for this when i reach my goal... my boyfriend I've been with for 3 years has alwayd been under 130 pounds and it has always been a joke that i can pick him up wv3n though im 6 inches shorter lol i laugh about it and i like picking him up but hes never been able to pick me up... Definitely! Notice how the band on your shorts looked like it was folding over from your stomach before? Now that same band looks pretty much flat! And the love handles look smaller too! An overall flatter appearance to me. Congrats!
