Hi, I'm a uni student (from the UK). I've lost 9kgs so far and I've got 14kgs to go, that's around 50lbs in total. Being at uni is difficult because you're consistently surrounded by alcohol and junk food, so I definitely get the struggle. Feel free to add me!

Glad I'm not the only one! I did used to plan and I found it easier too, I just need to back into the swing of things. Might start going on walks, going to the gym seems like too much effort at the moment haha. I've added you. Thanks for the advice!

Yeah you're right, it's better to lose the weight in a healthy way and avoid gaining it back and getting loose skin. I'll have a bikini body in time for next year's summer haha. Thanks for the advice!

What if I burned 2k calories everyday? Wouldn't that create a 1k deficit?

I'm 59kg and I'm 4'10

I was planning to eat 2k calories a day so I don't think I would starve but I'll aim for 2lbs per week.

Thanks for the advice, really appreciate it. However if my maintenance calorie intake is 1500 but I burn 2000 calories a day, wouldn't that be healthy?

13kgs to go

I find portio control hard as well but I hoping to make it a healthy habit. I was surprised at how much food I could eat on a 1200 calorie diet!

Wow, you've made great progress, 90lbs is a lot! I've lost 17lbs so far. I'm on 1200 buts that's because I'm quite short. I've still got a long way to go though. Ideally how much weight would you like to lose?

Thank you! I was worried that I stopped losing weight because I don't hit my macros.
-
I'm sorry, can you explain it more please?
-
Pretty straight forward, thanks!
-
I'll bare that in mind!

That's great!

I'll buy a scale tomorrow!

I'm quite short, I'm 4'11 and when I calculated my BMI the healthy weight range was 41.6 to 56.4kg,

Hi, Emma, I started in January and I've I think I've made good progress so far considering I don't workout. However, the weight loss has slowed down and I'm starting to worry. I don't weight all of my foods but I tend to stick to food that has already been proportioned/ weighed, as you can see from my diary. As for liquids…
