I started Optavia May 16 and have lost 22.6 pounds as of today. I have about 44 more pounds to go. Looking for a support group to keep me accountable. Especially in those days that the scale doesn’t move or when I have craving.

I’m making progress😍 5/10 - 187 5/17 - 178 5/25 - 175.4 I’m not a fan of calliflower but found a recipe to replace mashed potatoes and I’m truly addicted to it now😳 I didn’t tell my husband that they were made from calliflower and he LOVED them and thought I had fell off the wagon so to speak😂

So here it goes. I’ve just started Keto and feel like I’ve done pretty good. Of course it has only been a few days so I will post my starting weight today. I’m doing better than I thought I would. I haven’t really had any major cravings. I hope it stays that way. 5/10 187
