Oh another one: on days I can't get in a workout I try to get 10, 000 steps. I also drink water before every meal.

When dessert is being made for holidays and such I started using fruit instead of things like cake. Like fruit crisp for example with less sugar because fruit is flavorful enough.

In the past 6 weeks I have: Been able to hold plank longer in yoga Started lifting heavier weights Lost 13" total off my body Wedding rings fit My pants arw falling off I am so excited to see what's next!

I lifted a 60# box today at work no sweat. A few weeks ago I could barely lift 50!!!! Weight lifting is paying off!

My yoga teacher noticed and commented on my strength :) it was so nice to be noticed for all myhard work!

I can do 30 squat and press without feeling likeymy arms will fall off, I coukd barley do 5 before!

Today, down 6 pounds in 2 weeks, I fit in jeans I couldn't zip a month ago, hit some yoga poses I haven't done in 10 years!!!! Quite a day for me!

Yesterday I hopped on my stationary bike while the kiddo showered, only 10 mins but a start. Today I packed a protien shake instead of a bunch of snacks! Hoping to do a little lifting in my office today too!

Well today marks 10 days gluten free, I am down 3 pounds and 4" total!!!!

My workout today was mopping the shop, trust me mopping concrete floors for 2 hours is a serious calorie burn! And now I will have plenty of calories for our dinner out!

More squats for the monthly challenge I am doing. A walk and some lifting.

I went to a potluck and didn't gorge myself! I did more squats then I ever have too!

I am also in. I think its nice to share healthy food with the ones you love after all food gives you health. What could be better then that? Let's do this!
