i'm not logging my food, i find it takes too much of my time.. The weighing etc isnt for me. I am too busy keeping up with 3 kids, 2 dogs and a house to run to weigh everything.... U less we’re doing heaps of fitness training I don’t think the female stomach is meant to be flat. That’s made up by the media. A natural stomach is slightly rounded. We have organs and wombs and all sorts going on in there. Don’t aim for the unnatural. you are healthy and doing great!!!

I can't seem to eat enough protein. I love veges and tend to just not eat enough protein. Or if I do my fats go sky high... nuts, eggs.. maybe protein supplements could help me to reach my protein goals.

My percentage is 40% which makes 120g - not far from the 116 the 0.8 per lb equation. I just can't seem to make it and keep my fat low (35%)

For my weight loss I put 1200 calories too. Seems web calculators don't suggest less. My goal was too aggressive it told me, sonit suggested 1200 calories.
