I have been vegetarian for the last year and have made the decision to go vegan! What exactly is this shred challenge? I am super interested in it and having other like minded people to aid in this transition!!

I would love if some one would adopt me! I am 23 and working toward a vegan lifestyle. Right now I am a vegetarian, and it would be great if another vegetarian/vegan mentor could help me with figuring all this out! :)
