Saaaaame. Before when I would go out drinking with friends I would make sure that I had some smart ones in the freezer for late night snacking and now I save them for shark week cravings. Turkey Sausage muffin and I add muenster and hot sauce. It does the trick and I don't feel as bad.

Totally understand that. When my dad got sick everything kinda came falling down and instead of going to the gym and eating healthy I turned to booze and food. It comes on quicker than it does off! You can absolutely turn it around! It's about being healthy and happy and not holding onto the security blanket of burger…

I lost 40 lbs on WW! It was years ago (thinks 11/12) and I have kept it off. Gained 15 back and now trying to lose 20. I never quite hit my goal weight before.

Before I started losing I would get dressed with the lights off. Make sure I was clothed at all times. I couldn't stand the feeling of my skin on itself. Now I'm walking around my room naked half the time and my boyfriend is wondering if I'm becoming an exhibitionist lol I just love how I feel and look now!
