From my research most of those trackers suck as heart rate monitors. Sounds the chest strap is the way to go for more accurate readings.

For me, I'm done with the starve yourself dieting. Yeah I lost alot of weight pretty fast but it also comes back easy and I didn't build muscle as well. I have done it. I started at 234 at my worst and dropped to 180 in college. Injured my shoulder and went back to 215 I think, then injured my back. Worked out and got to 204 and got in a car crash and again my back and shoulder flared up really bad. So back to 225 after not being very active and not caring Anymore. Back at…

Good luck, this app while tricky for me has really changed the way I eat and think over my meals. Keep logging them in and working hard

I only watch it because my last physical showed I'm at the high end of average. So just trying to keep it in the range for a little at least.

I looked at most of them and went with the ninja, love it. Actually use the IQ settings more then I thought. Nice to hit the button and make my meal while it does its thing.

Thanks guys/girls. not new to working out. Have dropped alot of weight before but after injuring my shoulder, back being young and dumb and once again my back in a car crash . Haven't been able to complete it. So if I can manage to not injure myself this year I should be good lol.
