Current goal, fit back into my large shirts so I can ditch my xl shirts. Goal I recently achieved. Fit back into my old fat pants so I can toss these current fatter pants lol. Currently doing p90x again. Really let myself go after developing some health issues a couple years ago. Sucks because I lost a ton of weight:( Whatever can't change that, 7.5 lbs down so far and fingers crossed some random crap doesnt pop up and take me out of it again.

Pull up assist aid. I made one with resistance bands. I do as many as I can without it then do a few more assisted. Helped me, after a month or two I was able to ditch it.

Lol, I ate alot. Worth it. I didn't eat anything until the party though so it probably wasn't too bad. I'm not worried about a day like that every so often as long as I'm good a majority of them time and get some workouts in. Ate like a king yesterday, back to normal until the next holiday ;)

Meh, I'm not giving up food I love. I just eat a little less of it or eat a little under during the week so I have some cusion for the weekend. Might not be the "right" way but IDC, still losing.

Been dropping a pound of week so far and haven't had the chance to really work out ye, just lifted a few weeks . I'm definitely going to get back at it asap though as I think the results looks better when I'm lifting and losing vs just cico.

I do not miss working at a grocery store. Did for a few years and it made me realize just how crappy people are. Also hated how I had to bite my tongue so much or risk getting fired.

Had to dog sit 3 German short hair pointers last week, one being a few month old puppy. Yup they can wear you out fast lol. Would probably drop like crazy if they were mine.

Didnt bother taking mine today. Mon-fri I average about the same amount of steps. It telling me what I already know isn't going to do anything. Will use it on cardio day even though I hear the heart rate isn't accurate. Mine was free as my sister bought a Apple watch. Given what I know know I'm glad I didn't drop the cash…

When the scale isn't dropping I bust out the measuring tape. I went through a few weeks where I didn't really lose much weight but my waiste went down still. As long as the tape shows me getting skinny I don't care much what the scale tells me. If neither is moving then I might start looking into it more.

Log your meals and you will. I haven't really even started working out yet, between overtime at work, the flu and other injuries acting up. Still losing a pound a week right now just staying in my allowed calories.

Been dealing with it for 10 yrs, have my ups and downs but I just deal with it. I don't take any meds for it.
