So I do p90x 6days a week and mountain bike or kayak on weekends. At work I sit at a desk all day. I set my goal for not very active and 1.5 a week which gives me 1600 calories. I'm 5'8" and 204 right now, wondering if I should eat a little higher then I am. Meeting my protein goal is really hard at this calorie limit
Stopping in to say hi. First time working out and actually counting calories. Will be a learning curve but I'm starting to get the hang of it. Trying to lose 50 pounds, wish me luck :)
