Just do as much as you can and you will improve week by week. I'm doing p90x and the first two weeks is always rough when I start over. After your body gets use to it things get easier and you can push harder. Good luck

Test drive them, you get alot of value with giant. I paid under $600 I believe for my talon and the comparable connonadle was near $1000. Plus for still less money I bought a way better drive train and fork then the treks, conmandale and specialize bikes I was looking at. But again, got to the dealers and play.

Oh yeah where I'm at now I gained those 20 back after being laid up for a year between a back injury and some odd health issues I have been dealing with all year. Was 220 and I'm down to 209 now . My goal is 150-160.

Just want to get in shape, after losing I think 20 lbs last year I bought myself a nice mountain bike and have been hooked on it. Just want to get in better shape so I can go harder on the trail and have better balance. Would love to eventually do a few xc races just for fun. Hope to be in top riding shape by next summer.

10 more pounds and I'll be under the 200 mark again. Can't wait for that again.

I notice in my arms and chest pretty fast, but need to lose alot before the gut and legs look better to me.

Idk when I was 220 at my last physical all my tests came back great. The issues I do have are not weight related at all and I know I'm way more athletic then alot of my skinny my friends. Looking good. Keep it up I'm almost back to where I left off. Got down to 204 and injured my back and neck. Then had some odd health issues that kept me out of the gym for another few months. As long as I don't injure myself again I have no doubt I'll reach my goal this time.

Agree food scale is a must. Weight training as well, not just cardio.

I do it once a week at least, don't take it too seriously though right now. It will jump up and down day to day and obviously throughout .

Chicken wings Bought a kamado so ribs and pulled pork will add to that. Usually try to stay in the range though. Usually a small breakfast and lunch so I can enjoy what I spent all day cooking :)

Little confused myself. I did the last 4 weeks at 1700-1800 mostly and work out 6 days a week for 1 hr+ Lost 2 pounds but assuming some fat was replaced with muscle. My breakfast is at 12-1 pm, right after my workout. I can not eat when I wake up, my body just doesn't want any of it.
