Tried c4, idk if it's because I had lunch before I took it but I didn't notice any extra energy. Usually I don't eat before working out so will see how it works Monday

Injured my shoulder and back at separate times. Shoulder I still tried to do cardio at least,. My back I couldn't do much and gained weight.

Meh, I missed two p90x this week from my back issues. Just shake it off or restart the week. Chances are you will do more then one round anyways and you will still progress and loose weight minus those workouts. Life happens

My friend beat cancer when he was maybe 9. Think he has been on a diet of junk food and weed since he was 16 and healthier then ever at 26 now according to his doctor. Mountain biking and kayaking mostly. Use to enjoy hiking in the summer but my hiking friend moved to Texas.

My upper back is bad, injured in a car crash 2 yrs ago. Back doesn't hurt when I do p90x ab ripper x.

Beer, smoking, vaping enjoy them all. Gave them up for the most part though. Might have a beer every two weeks, will vape if my brother has his out and haven't smoked a cigarette or cigar in a yr. Never addicted to any of the above, just really enjoy them :)

I screwed my upper back up in a car crash two years ago and I still am in alot of pain somedays, had to skip my workout this morning and ice it instead. Back issues are aweful to deal with and I hope the best for you.

Have to tell you, I don't give a crap if others are supportive or not. I'm not doing it for them and I'm not looking for a pat on the back for doing what I should be doing. Just my thoughts . make my food, do my workouts and get my own results.

I dont jog but usually give the head nod or say hi when I run into others while mountain biking. Everyone is in a good mood having fun and guess some people like to pass that to others. Unless they say it in a really sarcastic way I wouldn't be bothered.

I work out 6 days a week for an HR or more each and eat within my suggested amount. I'm losing even though I'm on my but 8-9 hrs at work Monday-fri

Think it's ok, I'm doing the June one bit I'm not starving myself for it, pushing myself harder in workouts though. Didn't see any prize money in that thread so I'm not going to go to extremes to drop a few pounds.

Give 90x a try. 2 cardio days , a yoga day and the rest weights. Works great

I tried it when my cousin left her disc set here. I'm a p90x fan so figured see what insanity is like. , Damn it kicked my butt lol. Don't worry about and and keep going. The scale does funny things. I weigh myself once or twice a week at the same time in the morning after the bathroom. Otherwise your weight will be all over depending on your food and water intake. Even then it will still go up and down. I personally don't consider it weight loss unless…

My arms always tighten up quick, my waisted went down 2.5 inches and I'm guessing my butt did. Not sure about the rest but I'm sure they are changing as well. Will see as I continue to drop.
