I haven’t been the best motivator. I teach high school and college classes in the evenings. Things will slow down for me when I get done with my college classes in four weeks. Good luck everyone with your weight loss progress! I seem to be stuck at 142 pounds which is great for me. I’m not complaining.

I had a crazy weekend of hiking, biking, eating and drinking. I weighed myself and I’m 147 pounds this morning ! Five pounds heavier than Friday! I need to start tracking calories again. That’s great motivation for the week. Thanks for sharing! My weight fluctuates daily. My range is 141 pounds in the morning and 146 pounds in the evening. On the weekends, I weigh 144 in the morning and 146 in the evenings. Happy Labor Day America.

I’m having a somewhat normal week with being off work. I’m able to focus on myself, which is NICE. I’ll need to find balance in the weeks to come all the way thru Mid October. I don’t like it when my health goes on the back burner. I feel like that is what happens when I’m in full-time work mode.

I’m trying to get back on track with my sugar addiction. I am a happier, better person when I quit sweets and processed foods. I don’t want to go back down the road where I eat junk everyday and put the weight back on. Anyone else need to kick your sugar habit?
