Rachelrjh Friday weigh in Pw: 161.4 Cw: 156.4 Im not sure how this happens but somehow I was able to drop five pounds this week. I suppose the gain last week was from too much salt and I was retaining a lot of water.

I weighed 160 two years ago. And then lost ten pounds by the end of May. Goal: To lose ten again in 2023 by June and weigh 150 pounds and maintain it through the summer. Never lose sight of your goals.
