I put coffee in my shakes for breakfast. I use isopure vanilla and I'll blend it with coffee and cold almond milk, ice, cocoa, and stevia. It's like a healthier, not-so-sweet frappe. :p

I hate arm days and love leg days! My girl friends feel the same for the most part but guy friends are the opposite!

I get skeeved by people in general. I clean equipment before and after use because some folks are just nasty, regardless of how much or little they sweat. I also sweat a lot, like an embarrassing amount, so I clean everything after use really well - even its just the bench and I only used it for dips or something.
