  • My accountability - although I haven't logged on here in days with the upheaval in all of our lives, I applaud those of you that have been able to keep it up. I'm back on the band wagon again tomorrow. The new normal is settling in and I've got to take care of me. So, I'll see you tomorrow with all of my "yes's."
  • Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
  • Exercise - yes 20 min walk Calories - yes Log - yes
  • Exercise yes 45 min walk Calories yes Track yes Even when I don’t think I’ve been perfect - when I track I’m surprised at how well I’ve done. Mindfulness is helpfulness.
  • Today was three yes’s, and barely. My daughter left and I was able to get back to me and while I didn’t eat very healthy I retreated to the treadmill for 45 and finished an audio book and then went to the bedroom. And I did log throughout the day.
  • I am surprised to have another pass day with all “no’s.” My adult daughter came in to visit and between her all carb diet and hanging with her I didn’t pay attention to me. I think that is what it comes down to- paying attention to ourselves.
  • Exercise - yes Calories - yes Tracked - yes
  • Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, 45 min on treadmill with audiobook keeping me going. Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, I did well except for my sugar addiction. Have to throw it out and take a pass and remember how bad it makes me feel. Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes, I…
  • Wow to me! Yes to logging, yes to calories, and yes to exercise. It was the 5 mile hike that kept me within my caloric range. Good thing I logged my exercise. I’d rather not do that again though. I need better planning to head off my sweet tooth.

  • The dates didn’t make you crave sugar? Having been on keto before and not now for some exercise health related reasons, I’m afraid that I will crave more sweet with any sweet taste. Today is the first day of a challenge with MyFitnessPal.
  • Nothing like the first of the month to join a monthly group and this is my first community group. Thanks for being part of my support community. My goal is to lose 50 pounds, from 160 down to 110. I’m totally a sugar addict and my main goal is to cut it out and to focus on protein. I also am aiming for daily exercise.
