I agree with the others who mention eating st a deficit. For me if I was eating the amount of calories you were eating I would actually be either gaining weight or maintaining my weight. That's great you're incorporating strength training. If you want feel free to tell us your height and weight and we might be able to help…

I agree with mentioned hopefully genetics is on your side, and you're already working out which will help. I would also recommend staying fully hydrated water is amazing. All of these are just suggestions maybe surgery could be the final answer. My sisters were both thin but they also mentioned this pooch but for them they…

Not to be nosy but are you on birth control that could explain the no period. But I agree with the others who mentioned getting a second opinion from another doctor. Good luck!

I attend a gym that's only for ladies so far it's pretty good! The pro would be the equipment being pretty good. Sauna, pool and jacuzzi, classes Con- the location isn't in the best area.

@sardelsa - You can achieve this by doing body recomposition it's where you eat at maintenance but put more focus on strength training. This in turn will reduce your body fat. Lots of great lifting programs are available. Good luck!

If I were you I would get a food scale start using it, and start eating the amount of calories MyFitnessPal gives you if you state that you want to lose 0.5 pounds a week. Losing 0.5 pounds a week would be a good start for you. This will also ensure…

Also eat back at least half of the calories that you end up burning working out. Op burning 2,000 calories in one workout doesn't seem probable. If you don't have a heart rate monitor or an activity tracker I would recommend investing in one.

Thanks!! I did a google search and that brought me to 130 pounds (correct me if I'm wrong anyone). If this value is correct that means you're just a tiny bit overweight. If you wanted to get down to a normal BMI you would have to lose 11 pounds. If you want to lose weight I would recommend not trying to lose 3 pounds a…

That's perfectly normal I'm 5'3 and 150 pounds (currently overweight), and my ribs show and hip bones stick out. As others mentioned it has to do with not a lot of fat being surrounded in that are. It's okay.
