24 y/o looking for answers

I am 24 y/o about 145 lbs and 5'3'' however i used to be 125lbs last year. I have gained a significant amount of weight in just under a year. I got my thyroid levels checked--all normal. I workout every day 30-35 minutes HIIT on the treadmill and then weights. I also do Kayla Itnies workouts as well. I eat very clean. No bread. All fruits vegetables and protein. I count my calories using fitnesspal and I should be losing weight but the scale wont budge. I know it is not just gaining muscle because I see no difference in before and after pictures.
About 4 months ago my period stopped as well. And the weight gain seemed to escalate. When I went to the gyno to get checked prolactin, FSH and LH were all normal.
Does anyone else have a similar problem? I would appreciate any feedback!

Are you bloated at all? Needing to urinate a lot, any pelvic pain? The missing period and weight gain would have me back at the doctor's office. It could be ovarian cysts.3

i got an Ultrasound. Uterus and ovaries looked normal. I'm waiting to hear back about my estrogen levels (apparently low estrogen levels can cause weight gain)0

I drink a lot of water. Seems like I am bloated more after eating a lot of spinach or other vegetables.0

Your period stopped four months ago and your gynecologist isn't concerned? Please go see another doctor. Seeking medical advice from strangers on the internet is dangerous.
Yeah, I'd be concerned with the missing period. Unfortunately, a lot of gynecologists brush off missing periods when it's a pretty serious matter. I'm not sure how recently you had the ultrasound since you said you're waiting on more test results but I'd consider getting a second opinion. A reproductive endocrinologist may be a good option.2 -
Not to be nosy but are you on birth control that could explain the no period. But I agree with the others who mentioned getting a second opinion from another doctor. Good luck!1

How are you doing with fats? (Are you avoiding things like oil, avocados, nuts, butter, etc?)1

Hmm, well if you're using the treadmill for 35 minutes, doing Kayla Itsines, AND weights every day, it could explain the lack of period. On top of that some of the weight gain could be from holding water and your cortisol levels. Other than that, based on your profile picture, do you drink alcohol on a regular basis? If so, are you counting those calories as well?1

i cut down alcohol significantly over 3 months ago. and i do count those calories. well i dont do all those three exercises everyday. but i do workout for an hour or so at least everyday. cortisol levels really only increase your weight if you give into that trigger it promotes. which i dont. im also a nurse so im walking around for work all the time0
