Yeah Im over 600 and I can tell you logging my food has helped alot, but the most important thing...at least for me is to make sure you have the mindset your going to do it before you start. Thank you to everyone who has supported me. I made day two today. Worked in the pool a hour and 15 minutes. I'm so proud of myself.
