@Freck135 , are you doing more than steps/walking? I have been doing the mommy trainer 15 day challenge, you can find it on youtube. It's tough, but totally worth it.

Does anyone pay attention to the macros on here? If so, what are your ratios where you lose? I put mine at 30% fat and carbs, 40% protein, and I feel like I am not going anywhere.

I just had 4 tootsie rolls! I was doing so good and then they were just in my belly! I guess it's a slight win that I am going to bed now instead of eating a pile more candy. Usually my feeling is 'I already screwed it up, why not go all the way'
