I'm 5'4 and 158 lbs. SW 196.5 my goal weight is 140-145. I hold a lot of weight in my thighs so I'm working on really slimming those down.

Thanks so much for the notes! I stick to a high protein diet I usually get about 90-130 grams of protein a day sometimes more. What's TOM? I'm pretty active, I use my Fitbit to track everything and I usually get around 150-300 extra calories but I don't usually use them.
