I can relate I also tend to use food as a coping mechanism for stress and Iv gained about 40lbs doing it and need to start fresh. I have successfully lost weight and kept it off with my fitness pal counting calories and doing intermittent fasting. I'm needing to start over. Covid hit and life became a lot harder.
