  • Definitely agree with others--it is difficult for me to get more than 5-6 hours but I am much more functional when I sleep 7-8. Go to bed 9:30-10ish and up to pee 2-3x (12 or 1 am, 3 am) and finally get up since I can't fall back asleep by 4 or 5 am.
